In a press release dated July 12, 2017, the General Manager of the National Social Insurance Fund (CNPS) definitively ends the prerogatives of the micro-finance Express Union Finance.

The communiqué is clear, “any payment made in this establishment will be considered null and void.

A decision that surprised more than one who wonders what is actually going on in between these two financial institutions. For many, it is the problems of tribalism and jealousies that are in full swing.

Moreover, photos circulating on social networks clearly show that the premises of Express Union Finance were empty. Sign that the message has passed and that the divorce is consumed.

For the officials of the National Social Insurance Fund (CNPS), Express Union Finance is no longer part of the micro-finances authorized to receive payments of social security contributions.

The statement did not disclose the true reasons for this decision. This gave rise to various interpretations of this decision.
