He was very sick. The minister of communication, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, was evacuated to Europe for medical care. We have not seen him for several days. An absence that justifies his silence on the latest events that shake Cameroon, notably the case of Monseigneur Jean-Marie Benoît Balla.
According to several concordant sources contacted by our editorial office in the Ministry of Communication, the interim is ensured by the new secretary Félix Zogo. The latter has not yet been invested in his duties since the departure of Emmanuel Ndjere, appointed President of the Special Criminal Court (SCC) by Paul Biya.
At the top of the state, measures are taken to make mystery around this medical evacuation and not reveal the name of the hospital in which he was transferred. However, on social networks, rumors rumble about his state of health and Internet users are divided between polemics and confusions.
It should be remembered that the Minister Issa Tchiroma is on the black list of the relatives of Paul Biya banned from traveling in Europe by the collective of the democratic and patriotic organizations of the Cameroon Diaspora (CODE).
Indeed, this organization, which has set itself the task of putting pressure and monitoring the expenses of the Biya regime abroad, has lifted the shields with a blacklist the day after Paul Biya’s last trip to Switzerland.
These include Issa Tchiroma Bakary, Minister of Communication and government spokesman, Niat Njifenji, the eternal president of the Upper house of the Parliament, Cavaye Djibril Yenguie, oversight and Speaker of the National Assembly.
We are still to verify the information in our later publication.
