“I want to commit suicide because I felt flouted in my honor, because I felt Cameroon flouted in its honor”
The scene was quite spectacular and fantastic. On the morning of Tuesday, June 20, 2017, Barrister Alain Nguini threatened to commit suicide.
On the steering oh his car parked at the entrance of a company in the port area of Douala, the lawyer at the Bar of Cameroon, who had a can of petrol and matches at his side, and tried to set himself ablaze before being dissuaded by the Wouri district prosecutor. The latter was alerted by the police who also had difficulty containing a crowd of curious rushed to the scene.
At the microphone of Cameroon-Info.Net, Barrister Alain Nguini said he wanted to kill himself to publicly denounce an injustice of which a foreign investor and him are victims.
