Cameroon – Oyongo Bitolo: After a successfully knee surgery, footballer to be ready to play after six months

Impact Montreal has announced that Oyongo Bitolo‘s knee surgery took place on Tuesday (June 13th) in Barcelona.

Impact Montreal announced Tuesday that the left back of the indomitable Lions Ambroise Oyongo underwent a successful operation to repair a ruptured patellar tendon in his right knee in Barcelona, Spain, after consulting the surgeon earlier in the day, “the statement said.

As a reminder Oyongo contracted his injury this June 10 in Yaounde, Cameroon, in the first round of the match of the 2019 AfCON qualifers against Morocco won by Cameroon.

According to the statement of his employer club, the duration of unavailability of Ambroise Oyongo is expected to last about six months.
