The Security Office of ENEO Cameroon contacted K’mer SAGA by phone and said not to be aware of the above incident. The office also said to be surprised to see such information on social media meanwhile no one has met with them physically.

When asked if they have gone to the said locality to verify if indeed such an incident happened, the electricity supplier in Cameroon explained that, “we can’t waist resources on an information we are not sure it’s true“. That’s to say that, they can’t be on place if no one has contacted them or informed them on anything, and they don’t consider social media or internet credible enough.

With the above clarification, the agent of ENEO however called on the family of the said teenager to contact them directly through their emergency number 8010 and give the necessary information on the case (if at all there was any).
