Cameroon – Magistracy: Emmanuel Ndjere, new president of the Special Criminal Court, Paul Ayah send on retirement

The former Secretary General of the Minister of Communication has just been appointed by the President of the Republic, replacing Yap Abdou.

Emmanuel Ndjere is a 4th grade magistrate, a teacher at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (Enam), a researcher and secretary general of the Ministry of Communication. Emmanuel Ndjere is also the author of the book “Le minist√®re public ou parquet” Volume I and II, whose dedication took place yesterday at the end of the day in Yaounde.

Yap Abdou, a magistrate in the hierarchy until then President of the Special Criminal Court has been made First Advocate General of the Supreme Court replacing Paul Ayah Abine, admitted to assert his rights to retirement.
