Cameroon – Paul Biya: President among the 10 richest African presidents in 2017

The Africa Times newspaper ranked the 10 richest African presidents in 2017 and Paul Biya is in this top 10.

In this ranking established by Africa Times, President Paul Biya ranks seventh. According to the paper, Paul Biya, began his 35th year in office with a financial wealth valued at 200 million dollars. “But the latter is at the center of several controversies, indeed some assert that the fortune of this president is well beyond this figure and that it can even exceed one billion dollars! “Continues the paper.

Jose Eduardo Dos Santos (Angola), is the first of this top 10. He is followed by Mohamed VI (Morocco). The third is Téodoro Mbasongo N’Guema Obiang (Equatorial Guinea). The 9th in this ranking is still a president of the Cemac, it is Idriss Déby Itno (Chad). The president who closes the tail of the top 10 is Robert Mugabe (Zimbabwe).
