Under the Trade and Economic Integration Support Program (PACIE), funded by the European Union to the tune of €68 million, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) trains In charge of the program budget of the six CEMAC countries to the on-line monitoring of this public finance instrument.
Community leaders, in addition to knowledge about the program budget, also receive training in the field of tutoring, to ensure the transfer of knowledge acquired to their colleagues. The goal, as UNDP trainer Ahmed Ely Moustapha points out, is “to take over the distance learning of an infinite number of learners on the platforms“.
“You know that the displacement of civil servants is a shortfall for their administrations. This training in E-learning will allow all the administrations to be formed from the platform of the pole through these tutors that we are in the process of forming, “explains Ahmed Ely Moustapha.
This learning model, which offers reductions in training costs in the Cemac area, will eventually enable today’s learners, from the Development Strategies and Finance cluster platform, to offer On-line training in the fields of finance, budget and audit.
