Cameroon – Buea: Watch Lawyers being beaten by police in!

On a trip to Bamenda, in the North-West Region for three days, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, has still not succeeded in finding a common ground with the lawyers and teachers who issued a strike that interferes with, among other things, the operation of the courts and schools in the southwest and northwest, the two English-speaking Regions of the country. The mood of the strikers was aggravated by the behavior of the police who, at the beginning of the strike a few days ago, savagely violated certain striking lawyers in its premises in Muea, Buea, capital of the Region Of the South-West. In crisis meetings with public authorities, delegates of English-speaking lawyers demand, among other things, the punishment of police officers involved in acts of violence that have been decried.
