Cameroon – Emmanuel Pensy: CPDM militant says ” Hon. Cavaye Yeguie has an academic deficit”

The lawyer also believes that one can not have someone like Cavaye Yeguié Djibril, president of the National Assembly, to head as third personality of the state.

The dignitaries of the CPDM, ruling political party, have become increasing targets of arrows unleashed by their own party comrades. After Saint Eloi Bidoung who asks Paul Biya to quit from the national presidency of the CPDM, it is the turn of Emmanuel Pensy, to unlock his arrows against Cavaye Yeguié Djibril, MP of RDPC and president of the National Assembly.

On Thursday, November 10, 2016, in his opening address for the third regular session of the legislative year 2016, the Honorable Cavaye Yeguie Djibril assimilated social networks to a new form of terrorism. “Originally considered as tools of communication, they have become a weapon devoted to disinformation, intoxication and the manipulation of consciences“.

Invited to comment on this declaration of Cavaye Yegui Djirbil, on Sunday 13 November 2016 on the set of “Droit de réponse“, a Sunday debate broadcast on Equinoxe Television issuing from Douala, lawyer Emmanuel Pensy did not put on gloves to tackle the President of the National Assembly.

I will start with the speech of Niat Njifenji Marcel (the President of the Senate also pronounced the same day, the opening speech of the third ordinary session in the Upper House) because Niat is still an engineer and is someone who has been to school and knows what he is talking about. And when he spoke of this (the accident of the train of Camrail of 21 October 2016 in Eseka, editor’s note), he said with regard to this, that one must look at concession contracts that cause problems. On this point, it is an excellent speech and on the other side, what do we need from Cavaye Yeguié? We ask of him to applaud. We don’t want him to think/reason because he has an academic deficit that does not allow him to tackle social networks. Social networks today is one billion five hundred thousand people. One is in the 21st century, one can not have someone like that at the head as third personality of the State. And the speech he utters is a reactionary speech, which should never have existed. It’s because he does not know what it’s all about. Cavaye Yeguié Djibril, in my opinion, should no longer be there, that is why I strongly react and condemn these remarks, and that he knows that we are numerous, the President of the Republic too, is for that the Social networks be developed.
