Minister Michel Ange Angouing signed a decree on 5 August 2016. The A2 and D categories are the only ones concerned with recruitment.
522 new officers will soon be recruited into the public service. Competitive exams related to it shall be launched any moment from now. The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform (MINFOPRA), Michel Ange Angouing, authorized their holding in an order signed on 5 August 2016. The concour concerns the categories A2 and D. It is open to Cameroonians whose age is between 17 and 34 years.
Applicants must be qualified to practice in areas such as marine fisheries, livestock and animal industries, mining and geology, public health, engineering, documentation and registry.
This wave of recruitments in the Cameroonian public service happens after that of 13 July 2016. Direct competitive exams to recruit 1,000 officers had been launched in areas such as post and telecommunications, material accountancy, agriculture and water and forests. In all, 6,000 new staff to be incurred in the state service.
