They then organized a support rally to Paul Biya on Thursday, July 28, 2016 in their campus in Yaounde. It was attended by the Resident Representative of IAI-Cameroon, Armand Claude Abanda, and the representative of the Minister of Higher Education, Jean-Paul Mbia. Accompanied by the fanfare of their institution, students marched in a sign of support to the act of the President of the Republic.

They wanted to express their gratitude for this action which will enable them to be better equipped to better confront and meet the challenges of the digital economy. “When you think that every student has gone to have a computer that is a feeling of immense satisfaction that drives us. At IAI one is called to be an engineer in the IT field. We can not be engineer without a computer , “responded one student interviewed by CRTV radio.

The named Oumarou, president of the student committee, does not hide his joy. “There are some who have never had computers, who have difficulties, and yet even when we have it, it’s not of god quality. We hope through the offer of the President of the Republic to solve all these problems. “.
