Since the end of March 2017, the Banque internationale du Cameroun pour l’épargne (BICEC), a subsidiary of the French group BPCE, has been offering the “Teletrans Virement plus” service, the aim of which is to support companies in the management of their electronic unit transfers and of mass (wages, supplier regulations, etc.).
According to the explanations of the bank, the authentication of the user is based on the “one time password“, with reset of the secret code with each connection. In this way, it allows secure Internet protocol transport, customer order and return files, while adapting to IT architectures and volumes of operations. These can be made from a smartphone or any computer connected to the internet. After logging in with the login and password provided by BICEC, the user can initiate transfers and confirm them with the electronic signature.
“2017 is a year of renewal and reconquest for BICEC. We will continue to develop the bank and continue this reconquest through new products, like Teletrans Transfers plus, “says Romain Lilie, head of corporate finance at BICEC.
