According to the SDO, any offending teacher will be punished as well as his Head of Establishment.

Cameroonians understand that it is time to take the bull by the horns by bringing their demands to the highest level before the curtains fall on the 2016 African Cup of Nations (AFCON). They know very well that the Cameroonian authorities would not want noises at the moment when several foreigners are on Cameroonian soil.

The trade unionists took the opportunity to dust off all the files that were in the drawers whose claims had certainly been repressed as usual. The agents of the company Le Bus quickly realized and at the beginning of the week, blocked the road with two big buses, not far from the police station of Nlonkgkak. They were heard at the highest summit of the state and on “high instructions” they will go to the cash register.

The lords of chalk have understood the functioning of the system and also announce their strike in the coming days. Those of the Menchum division are preparing a strike on Monday, November 21 according to information received by the SDO of the division, Benoit William Emvoutou.

In a message addressed to the delegates of the Secondary Education and that of the Basic Education, the SDO asked them to take “necessary measures” to prevent this strike. “The offender teachers as well as the heads of establishments in which any strike movement would be registered will be subject to appropriate sanctions,” threatens the SDO.
