The National President of the CRAC declared his candidacy during a meeting with the press on 9 November 2016 in Yaounde.

The race for the 2018 presidential election is launched. The pretenders begin to declare themselves. After Garga Haman Adji last September, it was Bernard Njonga‘s turn. The president of Croire au Cameroon (CRAC) made the announcement last Wednesday during a meeting organized by the journalists of the political club of Cameroon.

The information is contained in the columns of La Nouvelle Expression (LNE) on newsstands this November 16, 2016. By formalizing his candidacy, the president of the CRAC affirmed the objective of this political formation created in October 2014 which is not absolutely Making Paul Biya go. “At the CRAC level, we say ” Hunger most go ”. It has nothing to do with any personality, “he said.

The CRAC wants to make agriculture the indispensable lever for the development of Cameroon and the flourishing of Cameroonians. “Our primary goal is to feed ourselves by producing abundantly, creating work, wealth and well-being for all of us,” said Njonga.

His proposals are thus based on the management of the rural world. For him, “the problem lies in the financing of farms. The best solution in Cameroon is to finance agriculture. We must create an activity in these environments. So if we have the power, the first thing to do is to give that funding. A subsidy in the form of a production bonuses, “said Bernard Njonga .

Even though his political party is only 2 years old, the founder of CRAC believes it is well organized. “I’ve never seen a party as well organized as ours,” he boasts.
