The complaint that the former defender of the Indomitable Lions, Raymond Kalla, filed on Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Douala in the services of the Regional Division of the Judicial Police for the Littoral against Stephan Mbia Etoundi, the current captain of the Indomitable Lions, made the latter to go mad!
In the complaint, Kalla accuses Mbia and his agent Rita Meboka of breach of trust and fraud in co-perpetration. The complainant who says he played an important role in the transfer of Stephan Mbia from Trabzonspor in Turkey for FC Fortuna Chiba Hebei China claims 1,500,000 euros, representing his share of the benefits of this transfer. After getting a whiff of this complaint abundantly relayed by the press and social networks, Stephan Mbiadecided to fire back. And to clear his name in this story of which he says to neither knowing Eve nor Adam, the captain of the national team of Cameroon has decided to counter attack by depositing in turn a complaint for blackmail of attempted fraud against Raymond Kalla, still in the services of the regional Division of the judicial Police for the Littoral.
“The facts reported in the press are grotesque and improbable and are in reality a strategy set up by Raymond Kalla Nkongo to defraud and blackmail” as written in the signed complaint, filed on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 by Barrister Ngouana Mustapha, Stephane Mbia’s lawyer. He also claims that he has no contract with Raymond Kalla of whom he does not know as a player agent. The lawyer also attached in his file documents from officials of Hebei Chiba Fortuna FC and Trabzonspor who know they have never treated a player transfer deal with Raymond Kalla.
Mbia and his agent think that the behavior of Raymond Kalla is close to those casino players who believe they can get rich with a magic wand. But in the folding, one learns that Raymond Kalla wants his own piece of cake because it is believes that it was he who had given the phone number that would have facilitated the transfer of Stephan Mbia from Turkey to China.
